Monster Mom

Ok, it's true. I can not hide it... but I put my graduation short film online!
Too much frustration at the lack of success in the festivals, and after a year of sweat and blood, I wanted this short was seen, gather opinions, emotions, critical, everything...
So I gave in and put it online.
And unexpectedly it became a Vimeo Staff Pic.
And now they've seen more than twenty thousand people, with more than 500 likes received! I wonder how many festivals serve to show a short to twenty thousand people.
Well, I'm happy, and even my fellow monsters are. so here:

Ok, è vero. forse non lo posso più nascondere... ma ho messo il mio corto di diploma online!
Troppa frustrazione per lo scarso successo nei festival, e dopo un anno di sudore e sangue, volevo che questo corto fosse visto, raccogliere opinioni, emozioni, critiche, tutto...
Così ho ceduto e l'ho messo online.
E inaspettatamente è diventato un Vimeo Staff Pic.
E ora l'hanno visto più di ventimila persone, con più di 500 likes ricevuti! Mi chiedo quanto festival servano per mostrare un corto a ventimila persone.

Neighborhood featured in Aniboom

Three years ago I made a stopmotion animation short with Fiorella Pierini.
We wanted to create a little story about two creatures that share one unique intangible feeling, and they are unconscious about it.
It's great to see that this short continues to walks by itself in the internet, even if three years has already passed from it's release!

Graduation Film - Monster Mom

The last month I finished my graduation film "Monster Mom"

It toke a full year of work in the Animation school "Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia"

During this year I covered different aspects of pre-production and production, focusing in the Art Direction and Animation of the movie.

The first screening of the movie will be on february, friday 3 - at 17.00 o’clock

la Sala Il Movie - Cineporto - Via Cagliari 42, Turin, Italy.
